Nova

Working for Studio Vertigo we helped design and build a large star to project galaxies onto its surroundings. The final piece projected 52,000 light beams from 18 powerful spotlights. The visual spectacle was amplified by an internal smoke machine and speakers. The aluminium spikes could be removed for easy transport to various light festivals. Nova debuted at Enchanted Parks in Newcastle but was hired out to Upsala, Copenhagen and Vilnius light festivals in following years.
